Senior Landscape Architect

Job description / Role

- Client Relations.
- Project management (design development through construction administration).
- Cost estimates and proposal preparation.
- Potential to bring in new work through client relationships or business development activities will be considered a major plus.
- Technical knowledge and ability to produce construction documents, including: site details, materials selection, specification, grading, and planting plans.
- Excellent hand & computer graphic skills.
- Perform construction observation with knowledge of proper construction practices

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree is required in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience with 3+ years of progressive project management experience.
- Ability to develop designs and create solutions from concept through construction detailing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to write proposals and attend interviews.
- Successful management of complex projects and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage and mentor team members as appropriate.
