Senior Leasing Executive - Retail

Job description / Role

To be responsible for all aspects of leasing, develop leasing plan to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan. Ensure selected retailer falls in approved tenant mix in line with business strategy and market demand and to achieve desired company business objectives.

Requirements

- Five to eight years experience working in commercial real estate with at least four years working in enclosed shopping centres and at least three years of experience working specifically in a leasing capacity.
- Experience working on development / redevelopment of a major enclosed shopping centre is a plus
- Any experience working in the GCC will be considered
