Description
* Responsible for leasing permanent and temporary spaces which includes reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements
* Business development and vend upcoming spaces to potential clients
* Plan annual budget for year and monthly time line
* Conduct market analysis and data collection in tune with current market trends and present to upper management
* Monitor rental or lease agreements and manage/advise on the lease contracts to suit the individual requirements of the leased units
* Advertise for lease or rent on the property, mapping of tenant mix
* Ensure standardised completion of all necessary paperwork and document control procedures across the spaces
* Creation and management of minimum design standards with the tenants across department
* Execute sales and marketing plans at different stages of the project
* Enhance value of asset

* GCC Experience
* Experience in sales/leasing of industrial, exhibition, trade shows and events will be prioritised
