Client Details
This entity is involved in advancing the UAE's socioeconomic platform, they have a crucial role in the development of the country. It is a well regarded and modern entity with a forward thinking attitude, not traditional in any way. The legal team is a small but growing one and this is a very key strategic hire for them
Description
* Support the team in corporate transactions across the globe - transaction management
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls
* Participate during trials
* Reviewing and drafting all contracts (local and overseas) including MOUs MOA, AOA, M&A's, Deal Advisory, etc
* Instil corporate governance policies
Job Offer

Requirements
To be considered you should have the following:
* Minimum 7-8 years of legal experience
* Bilingual - English and Arabic
* Strong corporate and commercial expertise
* Some knowledge of or experience of Financial Services
* Based in Abu Dhabi
