- Coordinate external legal support with preferred advisors
- Governance to ensure all companies policies are adhered too
- Provide legal Counsel in the structuring and execution of transactions

Requirements
American or Canadian nationality
Admitted as a Solicitor in an internationally recognised Bar
3 - 5 years PQE with US/ International or UK Law Form
Experience in capital markets and securitization transactions
Currently based in Abu Dhabi or the UAE
