Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a multinational company looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel with 6+ years post qualification experience in Project Finance, PPP, Infrastructure and Construction Projects.
The role will involve working and managing litigation and arbitration cases and in collaboration with external advisors and law firms. The ideal candidate must be able to provide front-end advice on contracts, review of tender documentation and risks allocation at bid stage.

Requirements
The firm is interested in speaking to a Qualified Lawyer with minimum 6 years post qualification experience in Project Finance, PPP, Infrastructure, Construction Projects and Dispute Resolution matters. The ideal candidate must prove experience as a legal counsel or similar position in business environment related to construction and/or property work and projects.
The candidate must be a native Arabic speaker with excellent English language skills.
Western qualification/background will be advantageous. Competitive tax free remuneration and package on offer to attract a high calibre individual.
