Senior Litigation lawyer - UAE
Dubai, Leading Regional Law Firm
Must hold a practising full licence
Search is on the lookout for experienced fully admitted Lawyer for a litigation position with a high profile regional law firm in the UAE
The firm is a leading regional firm who have been established in the GCC for several decades. Their presence is well known and their lawyers, across the GCC, regularly feature in legal 500, chambers and recommended articles in their chosen fields.
Litigation Lawyers should be confident in their ability in proceedings both in and out of court. In addition all lawyer should be able to bring on board new clients and maintain their existing one. Development and the training of junior lawyers should also be present in their profiles.
Requirements
- Some level of exp in a leading law firm
- Proven capability in managing their own case load
- Confident in all forms of dispute resolution in the UAE and, ideally a common law jurisdiction
- Have a common law academic record at the very least. (but admittance would be preferred)
This is a high profile opportunity where the client the chosen litigation lawyer will be at the forefront of client dispute and expected to represent them overseas and in the UAE.
This is a positon where the calibre and of the litigation will be closely assessed on monitored.
The Salary expectant t for this role is variable but will; be around the £140,000 - £150,000 mark.
