We're inviting interested candidates to apply for a vacancy of Senior Manager Business Management - SMB Solutions Device Management, in our Business Team based in Dubai.

Principally candidates will advise and lead on the implementation of effective Strategic planning and Governance to enable the business units meet and sustain its vision for revamping devices for business strategy; to provide effective leadership and management to the Strategic Planning and Governance of devices, ensuring that the services provided are relevant, customer focused, professionally delivered and continually supporting ETC’s mission.

To lead and manage staff in this area, overseeing the provision of high quality planning, business intelligence, governance and comparing this service to best practice in the sector, identifying areas of internal best practice and in particular identifying areas of improvement in structure, practices, policies and technology and to shape the available resources to meet the current and future needs of ETC business.

Further duties & responsibilities include:
- To develop and implement Strategic planning and performance measures relating to Devices across the business.
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of devices. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
- To build effective relationships with external stakeholders including central device teams, cross functional internal teams such as finance, admin & marcoms, vendors, and customers
- Oversee the development and implementation of a vision for business intelligence in alignment with identified needs and strategic priorities across ETC, including the development of governance systems, dashboards and reports.
- To provide effective, dynamic and creative leadership to all areas within CSP Strategic Planning and Governance Department, taking responsibility for the management, development and performance of CSP staff, and ensuring that they are supporting CSP Strategic Plan and successfully meeting agreed service objectives.
- Playing a leading role in the development and delivery of CSP strategy, planning and resource allocation.
- Develop, test and implement crisis and incident management and business continuity plans for devices for business segments.
- To ensure that, through partnership working with vendors, partners, customers and vertical heads, key strategies and initiatives are appropriately supported, developed and effectively implemented devices strategy across CSP roadshows in line with the relevant strategic plan.
- To provide advice, guidance and relevant information to enable the Director, VP and SVP to facilitate the appropriate planning processes through the business internal processes, ensuring that the business is able to meet the external requirements placed upon it.
- Develop, implement and roll out an effective device enablement strategy including MDM, VAS and managed services to deliver an end-to-end mobility strategy.
- To have overall responsibility for the monitoring, planning and delivery of the allocated budget, ensuring that financial targets are met, ensuring all areas operate efficiently within budget and provide value for money.
- Initiate and implement ways of improving efficiency and effectiveness to engender a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work across the verticals as a senior member of business marketing, and bring broad knowledge and expertise to BM work outside of their areas of responsibility and contribute to the development and delivery of the Professional Services Operational Plan.
- To work with the VP and the Senior Management team in the implementation, development, monitoring and refinement of the strategic objectives.
- Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of roadshow processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
- Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation.
- Communicate regularly with vertical heads, marketing managers, team leaders and other designated contacts within the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree.

Mandatory Certification - Previous experience of customer service and experience.

5-7 years experience in a reputed organization, applicants with Telecommunications experience will be given an added advantage.
