Job description / Role
- Plans, coordinates and supervises the activities of assigned personnel in Catering Services Department which includes both catering to airline customers and Terminal catering for passengers, paying customers and staff.
- Ensures that the services provided conform to the highest standards of quality.
- Maintains good commercial relations with airline representatives and negotiates prices and other requirements with them.
- Prepares annual budget for the Department and provides justifications for variances.
- Constantly reviews standard and quality of services provided and submits recommendations for improvements.
- Approximately 7000 meals are prepared daily for airline customers and 2500 meals for Terminal customers.
- Do the marketing and sales of the company's catering products and services to other companies in the region.
Requirements
The suitable candidate must have strong sales and service experience within an airport/ ground handling company.
* Previous experience with LSG Sky chefs OR Gate Gourmet
* Lean Management experience
