Job description / Role
The position is required to support the Head of Design with effective and imaginative review and direction of the appointed design consultants and to lead the development of internal design projects
Key Accountabilities:
• Carry out design review of external consultants and the direct design development to ensure all projects realize the highest quality of designs
• Lead the design of internal design concepts and feasibility studies
• Direct and Manage project deliverables and coordinate the same with internal departments
• Draft Design briefs and scopes of work
• Compile library of precedent Ex: projects/Materials/Consultants/Contractors
• Oversee and manage workload of all design consultants
• Prepare design report for internal and external publication
• Perform any other tasks as requested by the line manager and business need
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred
Minimum experience:
7-10 years with at least 5 years' experience in an in-house senior
management role
Skillset: Job specific technical & system skills if applicable)
