Job Title: Senior Manager - Learning & Development

Our client is a group of companies with interest in Construction, Real Estate, Hospitality & Entertainment industry. They have changed the landscape of entertainment and leisure in the region, by providing world class services.

As part of their expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Senior Manager – Learning & Development for their team to lead the learning and development division. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading Learning & development projects across the group.
• Collaborating with key business stakeholders to determine the business learning needs and gaining support for training initiatives.
• Conduct a Training Needs Analysis for Group including reviewing outcome of the employees’ performance appraisals to identify learning needs for the financial year.
• Establishing a training budget as a result of the Training Needs Analysis.
• Research, design and deliver new training programmes to enhance driving the business forward.
• Leading the design and development of all formal learning programs, including needs analysis, content/instructional design, vendor and internal/external faculty selection.
• Conceptualising & delivering special L&D projects for the company for improved
• Establishing alignment of executive development programs with talent strategy and leadership capability requirements.
• Measuring the key outcomes of training and ensuring transfer of learning to business.

Requirements

• You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business or equivalent qualification.
• Post-graduation / MBA in Human Resources Management would be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE, with a total of 12 years’ experience in Learning & Development function.
• Certifications in coaching or training would be preferred.
• Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills with strong relationship building skills is highly essential.
• Problem Solving & Decision Making.
