Job description / Role
Senior Manager - Talent Development (Temporary Contract - 3 months )
- Deliver proactive and progressive career and talent development programs to meet the business objectives and drive career progression to support the delivery of the business strategy.
- Responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of talent interventions to all employees.
Requirements
These interventions include:
- Roll out and project management of the Tahaddi Talent Development Programme for UAE Nationals
- Project Management and support for the Graduate programme commencing at the end of September
- Support with rolling out Career Development Plans across the company
The job holder will work closely with the Head of Talent to implement innovative and creative development interventions to ensure career development and progression.
