Job description / Role
Our client is a leading Middle East based property organisation owned by one of the regions largest holding groups. They are currently seeking a UAE National to develop and implement talent and learning strategies in order to meet talent management and career progression objectives across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor talent management programs and strategies
- Ensure initiatives are achieved on time and within budget
- Identify individuals training needs through Performance Development Plans
- Develop, implement and monitor a Nationalization plan - promoting the concept within and outside of the business through career fairs and graduate programs
- Assist management in identifying training needs and providing effective solutions/improvements
- Providing a variety of learning platforms including coaching, classroom training, action learning and e-learning
- Evaluate the effectiveness of Training & Development and Nationalization plans through monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 10 years experience ideally in HR, Talent Management, Nationalization or Learning and Development
- Preferably CIPD qualified
- Knowledge of delivering effective training solutions
- Understanding of Talent Management methodologies
- An effective communicator and a results oriented individual would excel in this role!
