We're currently looking for an experienced professional to join our Carrier & Wholesale team based out of Dubai as Senior Manager Tariff & Revenue Planning. The role functions to manage the Tariffing portfolio in Roaming Wholesale Business, encompassing revenue and cost planning, annual and long term budget preparation, study socioeconomic indicators and prepare forecast reports accordingly.

Main highlights of duties & responsibilities include:

• Study the market trends and forecast revenue and cost estimates including the 5-Year Plan and the Annual Budgets.
• Generate and maintain reports on roaming Inbound & outbound traffic and revenue/cost.
• Escalate to management any Telecom Operators that may need attention.
• Recommend the optimal steering path from financial perspective to optimize costs, where PRAs are available
• Help achieving the Net Roaming revenue performance by coordinating with PRA Teams, Operations teams and Retail teams.
• Monitor progress on the steering performance and generate reports.
• Track Group deals to ensure operators and Company OpCo'S are achieving the targeted traffic.
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure that revenue and cost is recorded accurately
• Generate and maintain reports on roaming Inbound & outbound traffic and revenue/cost.
• Monitor settlement activities by Finance team and support them for escalated cases.
• Evaluate new tools for roaming planning and Steering in coordination with Engineering like DCOS Steering tool.
• Ensure timely implementation of any regulations, like GCC roaming regulation by coordinating with regulatory, finance and other teams as required.

Requirements

• Ideally, you would be a graduate with an MBA, you must have knowledge of Roaming functions. Applicants with Product Management background would be given an added advantage.
• In addition to Academics; you would also have 10 to 12 years experience in a Telecoms Operator or similar background.
