Senior Manager - Technical Operations

Kinetic has partnered with a growing Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Senior Manager - Technical Operations to be based in the UAE.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Responsible for coordinating with a variety of business units to develop, test, and refine business processes and practices to provide the site and business unit with a competitive advantage within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Maximize value through efficient systems & processes, responsible to oversee and manage company projects to ensure workflows and process improvements.
- Continually assess current processes and their efficacy in saving costs and also Take calculated risks to increase profitability and optimize cost.
- Stay up to date on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending conferences and workshops, reading professional publications, maintaining a personal network, and joining professional organizations.

Requirements

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Candidate must be willing to work in the UAE.
- 4 years Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10-12+ years of Experience with knowledge of operational excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Six Sigma/Lean experience is a must. Certified Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt from accredited Institutions is highly preferred.
- Should have exposure to statistical data analytics of software language in Operational Excellence.
- Project management skills to manage the process of providing excellent operational service (efficient, effective, and qualitative), turnaround, and continuous improvement
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with the business, operations, technology, and other key stakeholders is required.
