Job description / Role
Transguard is currently looking for a Senior Manager- Transformation. The role is strategic in nature, focusing on leading transformation efforts and continuous improvement throughout the Group. The Senior Manager- Transformation will actively lead the change management requirements of specified business unit from transformation through to continuous improvement and will be leading Black Belt Projects directly linked to strategic problems identified from Transguard Balanced Scorecard.
Other responsibilities include,
• Following DMAIC methodology throughout the project lifecycle.
• Following and supporting the Transguard Business Process & Quality Governance.
• Training Transguard employees on Lean Six Sigma concept and mentoring LSS projects at all levels.
• Governing Lean Six Sigma framework across the company.
• Designing the digital transformation road map closely with the IT Team to identify strategic processes (from level 1,2 & 3) with a view to automate.
• Modeling business processes (level 4,5 & 6) to translate them into technical solutions.
• Taking the ownership of IT implementations with regards to process change.
• Effectively managing a project team as well as key stakeholders -Providing company wide communication related to strategic changes
• Managing process and people throughout the change life-cycle -Report project / change related progress including escalation if needed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have,
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (project based).
• PMP/ Prince 2 or equivalent Project Management Certification.
• ITIL Certification (Preferred).-Business Analysis Certification
