Senior Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

- Producing marketing analysis reports for customer research, current market conditions and competitor information in order to determine real estate market requirements for existing and future products.
- Developing and coordinates marketing plans and strategies for the organization; monitors, reviews and reports on all marketing activities, results and staff performance.
- Determining and manages the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are delivered within defined budgets; assists in the development of pricing strategies and coordinates financial and budgeting activities to maximize operational efficiency.
- Managing company wide and property-specific public relations and community service opportunities.

Requirements

- Strong marketing acumen as demonstrated by education and experience
- Must have experience in an Advertising Agency being an (Account Director) or (Senior Account Director)
- Preferably Arabic speaking
- Experience with top Real estate Clients in the region
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced work environment
- Well organized with strong customer-service
- Writing and presentation skills
- An ability to lead the marketing team
