Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To analyze and propose optimum levels of assigned inventory type with best practices of inventory management to meet the agreed SLA to Technical's operations in most cost-effective manner. To support inventory management including all aspects of asset management, such as operations support, investment analysis, surplus management, and database management.

Accountabilities
- Ensure timely review of open requisitions (demands) and raising appropriate orders for timely spare availability at optimum cost.
- To raise purchase, sales and service orders to support operations and review invoices for timely payment.
- To calculate, analyze and update the reorder levels in ERP for Current Assets to ensure availability of consumables to achieve set service levels and maintain adequate inventory levels at reasonable cost.
- Responsible for calculating and providing recommendation for adequate inventory levels based on demands, forecasting and aircraft operations for all Fixed assets holding including cabin, airframe, tools and GSE demonstrate the control on spend based on the division's strategy (asset-light vs. asset-heavy).
- Support the provisioning and scrap activities including recommendation, procurement and maintain the inventory based on change in demands and fleet size.
- Monitor and stagger tools calibration to ensure availability for all maintenance activities.
- Monitor the performance of the components IAW guarantees provided by OEMs and Aircraft Manufactures and liaise with reliability team to get FOC spare support.
- Responsible for preparing and analyzing Inventory holding and controlling related reports and dashboards.
- Liaise with various team for spares support for the lease return activities, component modifications or any other inventory optimization activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or equivalent technical degree with minimum 5 years aviation inventory management experience.
- Experience & tracked record in aviation asset management, provisioning, procurement, contract management and/or supplier management functions.
- Recommended to have knowledge of technical manuals like IPC, ITM and MPD and familiar with RSPLs, spare repair and warranty, OEM support contracts like SSC and PSAA along with lease return requirements.
- Self-motivated, team player with strong analytical and problem-solving & project management skills.
- Advance level MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge with excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
