Senior Mechanical Engineer - District Cooling

Job description / Role

We have an urgent requirement for a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join an international Engineering Consultancy company on a large-scale Building Infrastructure project in Dubai.

• The candidate placed in this position will be responsible for Design Review, Reporting, Modelling and Client Management of Mechanical side of the infrastructure projects.
• Those who are applying for this position will also be responsible for project management and should possess a strong District Cooling experience on Building Infrastructure projects.

Requirements

Someone having experience from a consultancy background with strong district cooling design / design review experience and based in the UAE or perhaps in another GCC country with previous UAE experience can also apply for this position.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 – 15 years of Mechanical engineering – District Cooling experience
• An Undergraduate degree on mechanical engineering
• Possess a strong technical background with design review experience on Building Infrastructure projects
• Sound knowledge and experience of District Cooling aspects of major infra projects.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
• Competent user of MS Office and familiar with other design software
• Previous experience of working in the Middle East (especially in UAE)
• Flexible candidate to suit variety of work types and workloads
