Senior Medical Affairs Manager - MENA

Our client is one of the largest Pharmaceutical Organisations with industry leading medicines to their credit

The Medical Manager position utilizes the medical resources and expertise to develop and enhance KOL management across the MENA markets. Provide the best use of information, research results and medical updates to customers as well as internal; stakeholders to ensure the organisations activities are well-supported by the substantiated scientific evidence.

You will be the medical partner for KOLs across the markets, using medical resources and capabilities to develop long term partnerships with individual HCPs, medical universities and institutes aiming to direct the companies resources and initiatives for the best well-being of patients and treatment outcomes.

This role provides a bridge between clinical research and the marketing and sales department as well as the remaining departments within the organization. You will provide expert opinion and respond to medically based questions. You will utilize knowledge and skills to design, execute educational programs to create a level of professional awareness about relevant disease areas

Requirements

- Medical affairs background with a multinational pharmaceutical business of about 5+ years
- Excellent presentation skills, spoken and written English
- High Communication and Cross-functional Skills
- Up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information or business improvement
- Ability to both provide and receive constructive feedback
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients
- Work as part of a team to reach common goals
- Ability to form a balanced opinion taking into account a wide range of information
- Deliver creative and ingenious ideas for change and continuous improvement
