Senior Network and Telecommunications Engineer

Job description / Role

Job Purpose: Control network systems in order to provide effective and efficient utilization of the banks network facilities and infrastructure to ensure the availability, confidentiality, accountability and performance according to accepted service level agreements.

Key Accountability of Role
- Supervise the installation, configuration and maintenance of all network devices
- Monitor suppliers work flow, follow up on network project phases, execute and test network
- Supervise & implement unifies communication solution including voice recording as per the banks local and global expansion requirement
- Analyse and implement unified communication requirement s of end user to fulfil business needs
- Integrate unified communication UAE infrastructure with other components and the banks international branches
- Ensure mission critical infrastructure and platform availability, introduce and enhance high availability and redundancy of unified communication infrastructure of the banks entire Network
- Managing unified communication (IP Telephony, voice mail, presence meeting place, call center express, call conferencing) and carry out day to day operations

Requirements

- Diploma in related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Must be an English speaker
- Has the confidence to form own views and practical business issues
- Enthusiastic team player
