Senior Network Engineer - Al Futtaim Group EIT - Dubai, UAE

We are currently recruiting for a Systems Network Engineer to join our Enterprise IT team based in our Dubai office.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing Tier 3 support and maintain Al Futtaim Group’s Complex Network Infrastructure, and manage critical and high impact network incidents. You will also act as a technical liaison with vendors to resolve issues within prescribed SLAs and develop documentation and knowledge base for issues and remediation steps for Tier 1&2 support teams.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computers, Telecommunication or related discipline.

- A CCIE Certification will be a definite added advantage.
- You will have at least 6 years of Cisco Technical Experience in Large Enterprise Network with good experience
- With routing and switching protocols (OSPF, ISIS, EIGRP, BGP, HSRP, STP, VPC, LACP etc.), IP addressing and protocols (TCP/UDP).
- With Cisco Routers, Nexus / Cisco / Alcatel Switches and Wireless Controllers.
- Excellent understanding of TCP/IP, SNMPv2c/v3, NTP, AAA, TACACS, SSHv2, RADIUS,

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with with very good verbal and written communications skills.
