Our Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) facility at Al Reyadah has the capacity to capture 800,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2) from Emirates Steel Industries (ESI) each year, for us in the Bab and Rumiatha oil fields to support Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR).

About the Job
- Conduct assurance reviews, compliance verification engagements in accordance with defined procedures and prepare the required reports.
- Monitor Time Attendance activities including investigation into time attendance abuse cases, propose improvements in time attendance policies and systems and prepare reports.
- Verify the effectiveness of close out recommendations/action items of General Management Committees (GMCs), High Profile Tours (HPTs), High Visibility Tours (HVTs), Incident Investigation Reports, Shareholder Reports, etc.
- Work on assurance reviews under the guidance of Senior Officer to verify compliance to policies, procedures and processes
- Perform Labor Welfare Assurance reviews by conducting labor interviews, camp inspection and payroll records review.
- Execute follow up reviews and ensure that action items / recommendations provided in the reports are implemented by end users
- Participate in the team responsible for investigation of complaints received through Ethics Hotline/Takallam as per Management Directives.
- Complete field work related to Performance Contract Verification review and assess the source data and relevant documents to assure its consistency and compliance with ADNOC practices, principles and approved guidelines and procedures
- Assists the Senior Officer / Department Manager in preparing management presentations or supporting other department

Requirements

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant degree
- At least 6 years in the same or similar role in a business management environment in an oil or gas industry
- Relevant Professional Certification or Training
