Charterhouse is working with a well-known sport brand. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Planner to join their team in Dubai.

You will develop appropriate inventory, collection, financial plans and forecasts for the merchandise department. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will be responsible for regular and accurate store stock allocations as well as reacting timeously to under and over stock situations.

In addition, you will be in charge of reporting and analysing store performance including best sellers and poor performers analysis with buyers. You will also be accountable for strategy; understanding and interpreting business trends in terms of the target market. You will manage product planning, preparing and completing detailed plans pre-season.

Requirements

The successful candidate should hold a relevant retail or business qualification with a high degree of numeracy. You should have at least 5 years proven experience as a Planner. It is essential you are analytical, detailed and strategic in your approach to work.
