Senior Planner

Job description / Role

We are seeking a Senior Planner that has the patience, methodical approach and eye for detail to work on an ECI for a 1 Billion AED + Buildings Project. Do you have pre and post contract planning experience in the UAE for a Buildings Main Contractor ?

Initially based in the Head office 15 Minutes drive from Dubai Marina you will be a critical part of the pre-construction team handling a ECI. You will have the planning skills, technical awareness and insight of the UAE Main Contracting market.

You will be able to provide critical input to all aspects of the tender / design / bid & program.

You will have the technical awareness and planning experience to add value before we go to site in 8-10 Months time.

There on you will be a senior planning acting as the 2IC to the Planning Manager heading up the project. If you have the career drive and tenacity there is a path to planning manager for those that want it.

You will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor with a healthy pipeline of work. More and more opportunities are being negotiated with developers & clients at single source due to the key relationships and collaborative approach that this main contractor brings.

They can be called a true Tier 1 with Over 30 Years successful trading across the Emirates. They can provide clients a full turnkey solution with in house capability in Joinery, MEP , Fit Out, Piling , Modular & Design & Build – Main Contracting.

• Do you have a track record as a Senior Planner in the UAE on Build Projects? You will know clients, consultants and have a track record working on relevant Design & Build Projects.

• Able to manage a small team in a hands on manner
• Build a strong working relationship with a Senior Project Manager & Planning Manager

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 28,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Plus Flights , Medical & Bonus

Requirements

Do you match the following criteria

• Do you have a track record within Tier 1 & 2 Main Contractors in the UAE
• P6 / Primavera software experience
• Can you hold your own and have meaningful conversations with Client , RE & Project Directors & Operations Managers onsite.
• This person will be able to start employment before the 15th of May 2024
