Job description / Role
Our client is a leading international contractor with operations throughout the world and a track record of working on major building construction projects. they are currently looking to recruit a senior planning engineer to be based in Abu Dhabi to work on civil engineering aspects of major building construction projects. The role will be to -
- Responsible for project planning and scheduling and baseline programmme as per contractual requirements.
- Prepare further detailed construction schedules, look ahead schedules and weekly work plans;
- Monitor and review progress against current schedules
- Perform analysis or productivity and resources.
Requirements
Candidates must have a degree in engineering or construction and must have at least 15 years experience of planning and scheduling on major construction projects.
Candidates will have a background of working on the civil engineering aspects of major and high end building construction projects and will preferably have lead a team of planners and schedulers. Candidates should be proficient with Primavera P6.
