Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A client who as a Consultancy is looking for a Senior Process Engineer to assist them with a large scale upcoming EPC project and with future projects on a similar large scale.

The successful candidate will have had previous experience with Water Desalination, Power, and Waste Heat Recovery Boilers.

Requirements

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering
- At least 10 years of first class experience in similar position for major oil/gas/refinery projects.
- Proficiency in handling revamp and/or grassroot refinery projects with / without licensor units is mandatory.
- Proven ability in leading a high calibre process group to check the work of FEED/EPC CONTRACTOR.
- Must have the requisite expertise to deal with the renowned Licensors and lead the process review / discussions along with the Owner as required.
- Must have independently handled P&ID, HAZOP & other safety reviews for the Owner on large refinery/gas projects.
- Participation with real contribution during performance of services by FEED/EPC CONTRACTOR is anticipated by Owner for this position.
- Must possess good track experience in execution of Works for large refinery revamp and/or grassroot refinery projects assuming total responsibility for the work with accountability to the Owner. Familiarity with operating and control philosophy as well as various control systems and subsystems to be employed is essential.
