Senior Process Safety Engineer - Abu Dhabi, UAE
We require a Senior Process Safety Engineer who will perform process safety activities for the project/ assigned Package.
- Produces all Process Safety documentation including the necessary procedures, terms of reference and standard worksheets and forms for HAZID, HAZOP and all other aspects of Health Safety, Security and Environment (HSES).
- Particiapates and tracks hazards and risks identified during the project management meetings and input to ensure safety requirements are met
- Coordinates with consultant and client for environmental and safety studies such as HAZOP, HAZID, RAM, SIL, Fire & Gas detection mapping study and Ergonomic study
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Process Engineering from an accredited university (with Safety certifications).
- 15 years of relevant experience in the Oil/Gas industry.
- Experience on international large-scale Oil/Gas and petrochemical capital projects
- Minimum 15 years of Process Safety Engineering experience
- Demonstrated interpersonal/team building skills
- Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
