Job description / Role
Leading Architecture practice are currently working on landmark projects here in the UAE and Internationally.
They currently require a Senior Architect who has experience managing large complex geometric projects and can deliver to site completion.
Dealing with the client, managing a team of architects on site and office based, and ensuring construction activities are on track to ensure the successful completion of this project.
Liaising with contractor and sub contractors, and external consultants, this professional will be managing relationships at the very top level.
Requirements
This candidate ideally will be in the UAE, with approx. 15-20 years post graduation of a Degree in Architecture.
10+ years’ experience with top international firm - experience with documentation and construction of complex building geometries and civic buildings advantage. Client facing role.
Specific role: To support the Schematic & Detailed design delivery of this landmark project. To be followed by tender evaluation and contractor coordination on site. Managing this process as key point of contact with client.
To champion excellence in detail design and maintain quality of delivery on site.
Excellent communication skills are required to present to Executive level management, and in driving an efficient team towards successful project completion.
