Experienced Senior Project Directors / Projects Director are required for a large reputable Construction Company is UAE.

The person will undertake the project execution from concept to completion. The person will report to the operation director. The person will be able to manage more than large project simultaneously.

Requirements

- BSC in Civil from a reputable University.
- Must have not less than 18 -20 years of experience mainly with Main Contractor with a minimum 7 years local experience.
- Must have experience in one or two areas either high end multiuse development buildings/ hospitals and airports with minimum AED 500 million.
- Able to manage more than one project simultaneously.
- Able to supervise and manage large number of staff and labour in excess of 1000 number.
- Post graduate study in project manager and professional membership is added advantage.
- Highly effective communicator both verbal and written.
- Salary and remuneration negotiable.
