Job description / Role
Our client is a well known property developer, specifically targeting the luxury residential market and commercial premises, especially high rise developments.
Due to consistent growth and expansion, a large number of Senior Project Managers / Project Managers are required to move the company forward with aggressive plans, taking on a project from inception through to completion, each holding values of $50M and above.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will be working for a highly recognisable developer or construction contractor, with project history values exceeding $250M. A strong character, and a sound technical ability is required, alongside a degree qualification in a relevant subject.
