Senior Project Manager - Design

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our project management consultancy in Abu Dhabi, UAE. ne.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design phase of multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and execute design plans
- Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, resolving any design-related issues and challenges
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess design implementation and quality control

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on design, preferably in the PMC/Developer/construction or consultancy industry.
- Strong understanding of design principles, construction methodologies, and building codes and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Solid track record of successfully delivering design projects within scope, budget, and schedule
- Project management certification (PMP) is a plus
