WSP are looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage and coordinate the design management of a large and complex mixed used development project currently under construction in Riyadh.
A typical week would include:
* Provide expert advice on complex matters requiring international expertise/standards.
* Lead the delivery of large projects while providing specialist technical expertise during design and construction phases.
* Manage key client relationships in the public & private sector, as well as other internal Business Units.
* Plan resources and make sure that they are available to deliver the services needed
* Build effective teams and provide support to staff assigned to the project.
* Manage and mentor a team to whom you provide leadership on technical matters.
Requirements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* BSc in Engineering with 20 years post graduate experience.
* Chartered Professional
* An Engineering or Architecture Degree
* Experience managing multi-disciplinary design of large hospitality, residential and commercial projects
* Experience of working closely with a large design team to deliver high quality design within a demanding environment
* A transferable Iqama and can work in KSA without restrictions
* Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams
