Job description / Role
Guildhall is working on behalf of the Main Contractor awarded a 70+ Storey Tower in Dubai.
- The project requires a Senior Project Manager to lead the programme and thus have demonstrable experience of working on High Rise projects already in the UAE.
- Candidates must be bilingual in English and Mandarin for this role.
Requirements
Essential criteria required for this role:
- Degree educated in either Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 15 years postgraduate experience
- Must have operated at Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level
- Must have UAE experience
- Must have High Rise project exposure
