Senior Property Consultant Up To 8k Aed For One Of The Leading Real Estate Companies In Dubai

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, email, and social media platforms.
- Doing a number of online advertising, and business presentations.
- Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.

Requirements

- POSITION: Senior Property Consultant
- SALARY: up to 8,000 AED depending on qualifications and experience plus commission
- HIRING COMPANY: One of the top Real Estate companies in Dubai
- LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized (1 month-max)
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to Indian and Filipino nationalities
- Male/Female, 35 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in leasing/selling/ Brokerage Real Estate
- Must be RERA Certified (Real Estate Regulatory Agency)
- Extensive analytical skill and must be a team player and able to work with multi- national team
- Excellent English communication skills
