Job description / Role
A leading Property Management company is looking for a highly experienced Senior Property Manager to work on a large, complex development. The main responsibilities are the day to day running of the properties, management of all third party contractors and regular liaison with the client at the top level. Presentations will be given regularly and the role requires the person to be highly skilled at presenting and comfortable with delivering updates to the board and clients.
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 32,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will come from a strong property management background and have a proven track record of managing large sized portfolios. Experience of Managing staff accommodation would be an advantage but not essential. The candidate also needs to have great communication skills and be comfortable at presenting at the highest levels. Experience of managing third party contractors is also essential.
