Job description / Role
A great opportunity has opened up in the UAE for a Senior Quantity Surveyor at a well established marine/civil contractor.
Salary is circa AED 20k p/m with paid holiday, family visa and vehicle allowance.
Requirements
The candidate will be required to work closely with sub-contractor on agreement review, finalization and negotiation and will have experience in post and pre-contract. Good knowledge of contract management and FIDIC are required.
They must also be a member or RICS or CIPS and have experience in Marine/Civil Engineering or at least some experience with pipelines, petrochemical or Oil and Gas.
Candidates must have a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in Civil Engineering and/or Quantity Surveying.
