Senior Quantity Surveyor - Ras Al Khaimah

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for a leading developer in the UAE. The role will be based in Ras Al Khaimah. You will be working with a high quality team of Western Managers.

You'll be expected to support a team of Project Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors and to oversee the following:
* Cost control and reporting of Projects in progress.
* Evaluation of Sub-Contractors' payment applications, issuing payment certificates.

Requirements

* Qualified Quantity Surveyor with at least 10 years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.
* Western Educated and Experienced
* Experience of both Pre and Post Contracts essential
* Claims Experience required
* Able to work under pressure, to agreed timescales.
* Methodical approach to ensure accuracy of estimates and proposals.
* Track record of success in supporting a major business contract, Business Unit or region and/or providing support to a professional function
* Likely to have in excess of 4 years managerial and/or technical experience.
