Are you looking for the next step in your career?
Client are a well established reputable Privately owned Real Estate Developer who are looking for an experienced Senior QS to take charge of their commercial side.
You will be responsible for a High rise building project in Dubai.
The right candidate should also have had exposure to the Contract Administration.
Requirements
- Must be a Civil Engineer or a Bachelors in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS/FRICS preferred
- Contractor experience a MUST
- Should have GCC/Far East experience
- Must have extensive Hotel / High Rise Project exposure of significant value.
- Must have managed multiple projects simultaneously.
