Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor, Abu Dhabi

Senior Quantity Surveyor required to work for International Contractor in Abu Dhabi (Large build project.)

The company have a large portfolio of projects in the Middle East, including 3 live schemes in Abu Dhabi, 5 in Dubai, and several in Qatar, Saudi, Kuwait.
This particular scheme is a high-end mixed use project featuring 150 + luxury residential units, and office space.

They are looking for a Western educated candidate. Who will report into a British Commercial Manager. This role will be split between project / office based (70/30)

Requirements

- Must have worked as a QS / SQS in the Middle East for a Contractor
- Must have recent experience working on Build projects (Residential / Hotels / Office / Hospitals beneficial)
- Western educated with relevant degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management
- MUST be able to show longevity in previous employment.
