Senior Quantity Surveyor - Piling Contractor - Dubai

International Well Established Piling Contractor is seeking an Out & Out Piling – Senior Quantity Surveyor . The business is open to nationality but the individual they wish to employ must have an abundance of Piling/ Geo technical / Sub Structure experience . Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the Commercial Management , P&L, Contract Administration and day to day commercial aspects for anywhere from 2-4 Number Projects .

These contract values could range from 30 Million AED up to 75 Million AED. This appointment is due to the team growing inline with the market , after 2 very successful years the business has reached a point where an experience Commercial individual with a knowledge of the UAE Clients , Suppliers , Markets, Sub Contractors , Plant & Machinery is essential .

Requirements

This person needs to hit the ground running with a clear exposure & strong understanding of FIDIC .Responsible for 1-3 Number staff you will be very much hands on in projects for day to day aspects .

You will have the following:
- Clear loyal employment periods ( Not 5 Jobs in 8 Years)
- References that can be supplied
- Clear UAE experience within the PILING Sector
- Have an NOC / Open Contract opposed to Limited by current employer
- Able to commence employment before the 12 of December 2015
