Senior Recruiter for a Leading Construction Company in the UAE
A large construction company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage their fast growing business. This role would involve leasing with Top Management within the organization on weekly basis hence the candidate should be experienced enough to recruit for senior appointments only. This is a challenging opportunity within a fast-paced business environment.
The ideal candidate currently be in a similar role with a large leading organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years experience in the ME region (relevant experience in Construction, Oil & Gas, Engineering)
- A Strong recruitment background (up to date with the market trends)
- CIPD or equivalent qualification is an ideal
- Native English speaker only
