Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking for successful, motivated and ambitious recruitment consultants who are looking for the next step in their careers to join our team. Your focus will be on recruiting highly qualified personnel, together with niche specialist requirements within our divisions - Oil&Gas, Life Sciences; Engineering; Business Support; Emiratisation and Government.

You will build and maintain a permanent candidate base to reflect the quality of our offering and develop strong and long term relationships with the top recruiting clients in the area. You will also play a key role in managing and mentoring future hires to the team.

The ideal person will:
- Have a strong track record of billing within a professional market place
- Have the tenacity and drive to continually achieve results
- Be ready to actively manage and mentor junior members of the team
- Be passionate about client development/ account management
- Be ambitious to succeed
- Have an honest, loyal and dependable approach

Requirements

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry in the Middle East
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Proven people skills
- Cooperative attitude with team-oriented disposition
- Desire to pursue a professional career in the Staffing & Recruitment Industry
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, Interpersonal/Organizational Communications, or any other related field
- Arabic Speaker
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities
