Job description / Role

Nimbus Resource Solutions is a specialist resourcing and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) company based in Dubai placing Contract, Permanent and Executive Search resources across Europe, Middle East and Africa. We work with clients across Satellite/Telecoms, Information Technology and Security Integration markets.

An opportunity is now available for an entrepreneurial, dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Nimbus team.
 
Key deliverables:
- Actively win and close business in the in the agreed verticals
- Operate a 360 recruitment desk including client development through to placement
- Fully qualify candidates using a rigorous recruitment process through telephone, email and face to face
- Manage candidates through the full recruitment life cycle from initial screening through to placement including arranging interviews
- Mentor junior members of the team
- Ensure Bullhorn (CRM) is used to its full potential, maintaining the quality and integrity of the data
- Key Account management
- Assist with project recruitment (RPO)
- To work with a highly experienced Resourcer for larger volume recruitment

Requirements

- Proven track record in recruitment of permanent and/or contract hires up to Executive level, minimum 5 years
- Must have worked in the UAE for a minimum 2 years
- Full knowledge of candidate search tools including Linked In, CRM, referrals and job boards
- Experience writing detailed job adverts
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Excellent organization and presentation skills
- Able to prioritise own workload/run your own business
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Experience recruiting in one or more of the following industries –
- Technology
- Security
- Satellite
- Telecoms
- Any similar to the above
