Are you an entrepreneurial recruiter? Do you want to run your own recruitment desk? Do you want the opportunity to earn uncapped commission or your own terms? Then we may have the role for you.

We are seeking a driven, highly self motivated recruitment consultant to join a boutique consultancy firm in Dubai where you will take up to 70% of all your personal billings. The individual will manage their own recruitment desk / book of business.

The individual will get:
- Access to the firm’s luxury offices
- Your own desk and dedicated phone line
- Access to recruitment tools e.g. LinkedIn, job boards etc.
- Your own Outlook account
- Up to 70/30 uncapped commission in your favour.

You work for you! Schedule your own time and diary to suit your lifestyle.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:
- Be entrepreneurial, highly motivated and be able to effectively manage their own time;
- An established recruiter with 5+ years' experience;
- Have excellent business development skills;
- Have strong connections and deep relationships in the Middle East;
- Excellent communication skills.
