Job description / Role
We are looking for a tenacious and experiences Senior Consultant to maintain and develop our existing Sales & Marketing desk in Dubai. Hays’ Sales & Marketing is considered to be one of our strongest brands across the UAE and we are looking to further develop our existing desk across multiple industry sectors in our Dubai business. Due to continued growth in this sector, we are now expanding Hays Sales & Marketing to continue to provide an expert service to our growing list of clients.
Job Responsibilities:
• Full 360 recruitment & management responsibilities required
• Maintaining and developing clients and global sales &marketing professionals within the UAE market.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
• Ideally degree qualified
• Previous Sales & Marketing Recruitment experience desirable
• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, 1 of which is recruiting for Sales & Marketing
• Strong business development background essential
• Must have a strong ability to influence and persuade
• Must exhibit tenacity and a positive attitude
