Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly experienced senior level fee earner to join the existing team of Directors within our Hays Executive practice. You will be responsible for recruiting for senior level positions, securing retained assignments, preparing proposals, headhunting, as well as client and candidate interaction.
Requirements
To be successful for this role you will be degree qualified, have ten years recruitment experience, be comfortable to operate with board level individuals, and you must possess experience of recruiting at a senior level. Previous experience of working at the executive level on a retained basis would be desirable, but is not essential. You will be extremely credible and professional, with a strong track record, and be comfortable working with C' level clients and candidates.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing and exciting geography, within a relatively new, but a highly successful and expanding division. Having worked with some of the leading regional entities, as well as multinational companies, we provide an excellent vehicle for someone to develop a career within executive search. You will be assisted by an in-house Researcher and you will receive all the required training and support to be able to succeed in the executive market.
