Industry leading recruitment consultancy requires high calibre recruitment consultant to oversee its Supply Chain & Logistics function

Due to recent growth and significant expansion Focus Management International is searching for driven, ambitious recruiters to join its team.

Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and working across the MEA region Focus Management International has a local presence with international reach through its affiliations into Europe and the APAC region.

As the ideal candidate you will hold several years of recruitment experience within the MEA region with functional understanding of Supply Chain & Logistics.

This understanding will ideally be within the FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Retail or Hospitality industries although we would also be open to meeting suitable professionals outside of these sectors. In addition to this experience you will need to bring a high level of energy, tenacity and business acumen, as well as a highly professional work manner and approach. This role is a full 360 degree recruitment role which will include both account management and new business development.

Requirements

As an ambassador of our brand you will be expected to perform consistently within our business standards and values, with both internal and external relationships. You will be provided with responsibility and autonomy to develop your client accounts, liaising with Main Board and head of function personnel on both transactional and strategic resourcing assignments.
