Senior Regional HR Manager - Shared Services and ER - Western Multinational

On behalf of our client, a major listed Western multinational we are currently searching for a Senior HR Manager (Middle East region remit) who will focus on an organisational transformation with a particular attention to Shared Services and Employee Relations.

The selected candidate will have; excellent knowledge and experience of GCC Labour laws, excellent employee relations experience, experience of HR Information systems and experience of operating with a HR shared services environment. The Senior Manager will be responsible for centralising all relevant HR activities, ensuring that items such as employee records management can be accessed by the GCC Headquarters office including benefits and rewards, payroll, performance tracking and promotional prospects of employees. Ensuring that this sensitive information is only accessible to staff with the correct level of clearance and confidentiality is extremely important. The Senior HR Manager is also expected to be the internal authority on issues such as employment contacts, local legislation and employee relations and should act as a centralised guide to colleagues in the operating countries on such matters.

Creating a shared service within the region for HR is a large part of this role and candidates who have created and/or implemented a shared service set up for a HR department will be of particular interest.

Candidates will also be assessed on promotional prospects over the next two to five years as succession planning is big part of selection for future growth. Requirements

- A Minimum of five years’ experience in HR aligned with all of the below vital requirements
- Currently located in the GCC
- Excellent spoken and written English – full fluency – Arabic is a nice to have but is not a must have
- Currently working in a western multinational or the majority of their work experience in a western multinational
- Shared Services and Employee Relations experience – If candidates do not have shared services experience or excellent employee relations experience then please do not apply
