Senior Resident Engineer

Job description / Role

We are currently supporting a respected Urban Design and Landscape Practise as they are currently looking for a Senior Resident Engineer to join the Construction Supervision team on projects in Dubai and/or Abu Dhabi.

- The Senior Resident Engineer will supervise the work of the site engineers, surveyors, inspectors and all other disciplines working at site, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget according to the contract.
- The ideal candidate should have previous experience in managing large scale landscape and/or civil public realm projects.
- Experience in contract administration, supervision best practices and high level of client relationship management is required.

Salary:
AED 40,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

To be considered, candidates must have:

- Bachelor Degree in in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of relevant experience with emphasis on UAE experience
- Construction supervision experience managing large scale landscape and public realm projects
- Professional affiliation.
